Donation Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 21, 2025

As Rainforest Revitalization Initiative is a community-based donation project, all contributions are considered final and non-refundable. Your donation represents a voluntary contribution toward environmental restoration and not a purchase of goods or services.

#### 1. No Refund Policy

- All donations are final once submitted.

- Due to immediate allocation of funds to project implementation (tree planting, site preparation, community work), we cannot reverse transactions.

#### 2. Exceptions (Under Specific Circumstances)

We may consider a refund only if:

- You accidentally donated a significantly larger amount than intended.

- You made duplicate payments in error.

- Your account was compromised or used fraudulently.

All exception requests must be made within 7 days of the donation date and require documentation.

#### 3. Disputes & Resolution

If you dispute a charge via PayPal, we encourage contacting us first at heye168@bilao168.shop so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks may delay the project and incur fees.

#### 4. No Physical Goods or Deliverables

We do not ship any items or provide deliverables in exchange for donations. The donation is solely for support of our environmental goals.
